Kevin and Kristi Goldsberry are the owners/developers of Flats on Carpenter. Kevin and Kristi are lifelong residents of Athens and also own and operate Dale’s Valero at 50 North Court Street, City Limits Valero at 235 Columbus Road and The Plains Valero at 139 North Plains Road, The Plains. Our philosophy is simple-treat your employees like family! For over 30 years the Goldsberry Family has been active in this community and takes pride in being a local business in Athens, OH.
Property is managed by Kristi-no management companies to deal with! Communicate directly with the owner for rental questions, leasing and maintenance.
